Extang has done it again. Using their TuffBuilt™ engineering principals—combined with their “head-turning good looks” design—Extang has created the perfect choice in a roll-top tonneau.

Careful attention to detail is evident throughout— from perfectly sewn heavy-duty tarps—to simple one-finger release levers. Add to that the popular MaxCarePlus Lifetime Warranty (on both the tarp and frame) and you have yourself a very smart buy.

PerfectFit™ Control

Extang’s PerfectFit™ control easily adjusts for hot & cold tarp tension —for that perfect looking tarp fit.

Aggressive Velcro™

We use industrial grade, aggressive high-peel strength Velcro™—not the stuff on your sneakers.

One-Finger Release

Heavy duty locking rear tail rail secures your cargo. Allows instant release easily with just one finger.

No Loose Bows

Pre-positioned aluminum heavy duty bows are attached and will roll up with the tarp. No loose items.

Secure Strap & Lock

Heavy duty luggage style buckles are used to securely strap and snap the tarp at the cab rail.

WeatherTuff™ Seals

Excellent sealing with high molecular weight PVC seals that withstand high temperatures and UV rays.

It cleans, beautifies and protects tonnos in 1 step! Powerful UV protectant that is formulated precisely for our tonno material. Tonno Tonic is the only vinyl cleaner and conditioner approved for use on Extang Tonnos. $14.95 per bottle.

OPENS & CLOSES IN SECONDS BY 1 PERSON:

1. Release.
Drop tailgate and simply press the single finger-tip release and the secure locking tail rail begins to roll up.
 

2. Roll it.
Do you whistle while you work? Just roll it up from one side all by yourself. No parts to store or lose.

3. Snap it.
Use the attached, handy straps with heavy duty luggage style buckles to secure the tarp at cab rail.
 

4. You’re done!

You’ve just opened your tonneau and got access to your bed about as fast as you can read these instructions!
