Front Door Upper
Panel - Remove door handle bracket and door pull
strap. Remove door |
|
panel insert that is covered by
fabric. Carefully separate
(pull apart) cardboard covered |
|
with fabric from the hard plastic
panel. Take new cardboard
covered panel (if necessary |
|
enlarge openings) and using
contact adhesive, glue the new panel to the plastic insert |
|
panel . Please allow adhesive to dry and install panel. |
|

Front Door Lower
Panel - Unscrew carpet lower panel.
Turn panel face down on a flat |
|
|
surface. Remove chrome strip by carefully lifting attachment prongs
to a vertical |
|
|
position. (This part will be re-used and attached to new panel).
Unfasten plastic door |
|
vent from old panel.
(This part will also be re-used and attached to new panel).
New |
|
panel will have adhesive back
velcro in place to secure the plastic door vent on to the |
|
new panel. Attach plastic vent and chrome strip. Install panel on door. |
|

Rear Cargo Door
Panels - Barn Door Style - Unscrew and remove security
straps. |

Unscrew and remove door panels.
Install new door panels. Attach
security straps. |

Rear Cargo Door
Panel - Tailgate - Remove old carpet panel that is
fastened |
|
|
|
with adhesive and/or screws.
Use contact adhesive to attach new carpet panel. |

Rear Cargo Area
Inner Panel - Driver Side - Remove spare tire.
Old panel is attached |
|
|
by screws in spare tire area and
sewn to actual fabric covered panel.
Remove all |
|
|
plastic parts such as speaker
covers, etc. Remove entire
panel and carefully remove |
|
stitches holding spare tire
plastic shield to fabric panel. The
plastic spare tire panel |
|
|
will be re-attached to new panel
using pre-attached velcro already in position. Attach |
|
new fabric covered panel.
Now re-attach spare tire plastic panel taking note to remove |
|
protective tape exposing the
sticky side of the velcro that should already be attached |
|
to the fabric panel.
Screw plastic spare tire panel back into place and push against |
|
|
velcro to secure.
Re-install plastic speaker covers, etc. |

Rear Cargo Area
Inner Panel - Pass. Side - This panel arrives folded
in half for UPS |
|
|
shipping purposes.
Unfold panel to full length. Existing
panel is attached with screws. |
|
Remove plastic speaker covers and
any other plastic parts. Remove
panel. Re-install |
|
new panel and plastic speaker
covers, etc. |
