The new WARN 16.5ti is the highest capacity, most technologically advanced truck winch in the industry today.
The 16.5ti features the full diagnostic ability of WARN Thermometric technology, plus the extreme sealing, durability and reliability that the WARN ti-series of winches are known for.
The new, more efficient design delivers faster line speeds and lower amp draw. It's beefed up where needed, and features a new aluminum solenoid housing cover. Not to mention 90 feet of aircraft grade, 7/16" wire rope.

When you work hard enough to need a really big truck, you'll want a winch with the most capacity you can get your hands on. The WARN M15000 - 15,000lb/6804kgs winch is just such a winch. This WARN winch boasts new high strength carrier plates to handle the gear train stresses of a 15,000lb load. The gear ratio is 315:1, with 90 feet of 7/16" wire rope equipped with a large latched hook. The control pack is designed for generous clearance and ease of access.

For heavy-duty winching needs, this winch is a champion workhorse. Big torque, power and quick no-load retrieval speed is 30 feet per minute. Its design is low profile, so it'll fit where you want. And it's powered by the 4.6-hp Series Wound^TM motor and our proven three-stage planetary gear train. With 125 ft. of 3/8" wire rope, the WARN M12000 can solve most any pulling problem.

The 9.5xp winch features an all new, High Output Parallel Series Wound winch motor that's the strongest and most durable in the industry. The 6 hp motor, 3-stage planetary gearing and continuous duty control pack work in sync to tackle the most demanding pulls. Full face contact drum seals, motor and end housing gaskets deliver extreme-duty water resistance.

The 9.5si M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control gives the user levels of control never before possible in a winch. As the M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control performs the Power Out, Power In and Stop functions, it monitors key functions of the winch important to the field:

Temperature of the motor signals should the motor temperature exceed the ideal
operating temperature.

Temperature of the M.O.S.F.E.T. Diagnostic Control unit to signal if the module is over its ideal operating temperatures.

Over/Under voltage to assure that there is adequate battery power available.
The feedback of this monitoring process is communicated via the LED on the hand-held remote control. With it's extreme sealing system and the 12.5lb aluminum die-cast body, the 9.5si is the winch for the really serious user who requires the ultimate in reliability, durability and control.

A long-time best seller, the XD9000's compact body and separate control pack lets it work effectively in very tight spaces. It uses the 4.6 hp Series Wound^TM motor and three-stage planetary gearing offered on most of our winches, so torque and line speed are outstanding. A quiet, double-durable winch, pure and simple.

You'll probably see more XD9000i winches on trail rigs than any other winch. No load line speed of 38-feet per minute and three-stage planetary gearing and the ability to run cool with low amp draw for long winching cycles are just a few reasons why. Loved by off-roaders who compete, the WARN M8274-50 is one of our fastest winches. No load retrieval speed is 73.4 feet per minute. At 150 feet of 5/16" cable, it also has a very long line capacity. Its unique spur-gear drive train and upright design are totally rugged and its braking system delivers smooth operation with superior heat dissipation. Roller fairlead, remote control on 12-ft. lead, free spool clutch and battery cables are included.

X8000i SELF-RECOVERY WINCH

This winch is the little brother of the XD9000i, with many of the same features. Its 4.8 horse power Series Wound^TM motor and our proven three-stage planetary gearing helps it deliver a no-load line retrieval speed of 42 feet per minute. The full-load pull rate is over 8 ft. per minute. Plus, its integrated control pack and direct drive, cone braking system are reliable and quiet.

Integrated control pack protects the winch's electrical components, and the 4.6hp Series Wound^TM motor delivers big torque and power. Plugs into any standard 2" Class III receiver hitch and gives you the ability to move the winch from the front or back of your rig. Power is supplied through quick connect plugs. A good choice for full-size rigs and heavier recovery situations.

A short-drum portable winch for light sport utility vehicles, the 4.8 hp M6000 SDP provides plenty of pulling power, can be mounted single-handedly, and stores in a snap. This compact winch comes complete with handle/mounting system for a Class III 2" receiver, hawse fairlead, remote control with 12' lead, free spool clutch, 50' of 5/16" wire rope and power lead with Quick Connect plug for the front of the vehicle. It has come to our attention some customers are inquiring about the compatibility of using the currently available Radio/Wireless Remote Control Devices with a WARN Winch.

Here is what you need to know:

IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE NOTICE ABOUT THE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE RADIO/WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL DEVICES

For WARN Self-Recovery winches, the currently available Radio/Wireless Remote Control devices clearly disable the WARN backup (redundant) winch switching control functions. This is because the Radio/Wireless Remote Control Devices utilizes three (3) control wires while the WARN remote switch utilizes five (5) control wires. The five (5) control wires are critical to proper function.
For all WARN winches (ATV, Self-recovery and Industrial), the currently available Radio/Wireless Remote Control Devices may lengthen the response time between the winch control functions of POWER IN and STOP, POWER OUT and STOP. These Radio/Wireless Remote Control Devices do not meet the WARN standards for operator control of any WARN winch product.
For over 50 years, WARN has been committed to providing dependable, reliable products you can trust. WARN strongly recommends that you DO NOT use the currently available Radio/Wireless Remote Control Devices with any WARN winch product.

Utility vehicles do so much work they deserve their own winch: the new WARN 4.0ci. It's a first cousin to the popular new generation WARN ATV winches that have impressed everyone from riders to writers.

The new 2.5ci ATV winch has brand new controls. The handlebar mounted mini-rocker switch utilizes a multi-position mounting bracket for a true all-ATV fit. The switch is potted and sealed to provide years of reliable service in all conditions. The contactor and a 6-gauge wiring provide superior performance for the most demanding of ATV users. The 3-stage planetary gear has increased efficiency, improved load distribution and is quieter. There's also the 2" drum diameter for increased wire rope life. WARN® 2.5ci MULTI-MOUNT^TM KIT

Winch from the front or rear of your ATV, or from bike to bike. The WARN Multi-Mount winch carrier fits into any 1¼ Class I receiver. To move the winch, simply unplug the Quick Connect power leads, pull the hitch pin, and plug the winch into its new location.

HOW TO CHOOSE A WINCH

Take the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of the vehicle, and multiply by 1.5, This is the minimum size winch for the vehicle.

NOTE: Gross Vehicle Weight of the vehicle is located on the driver's door, on the inside panel.
